Young coconut is one of the best fruits on Earth!

Young coconut not only has sweet white meat, but also yields hydrating coconut water! Young coconuts are rich in fiber, medium-chain fatty acids, good sodium and potassium, and B Vitamins including Folate! With all these healthy natural ingredients,  young coconut is great to sweeten up salads, smoothies, ice creams, dehydrated snacks, desserts, or as it is! No matter how you eat it, opening a young coconut is easy if you follow these steps!
